Rennie Pilgrem is one of the true godfather’s of modern dance music. To list his accomplishments as a DJ or producer would prove quite pointless, as his reputation certainly holds true today....

In the late 80's after hearing the music coming from he Detroit scene, Rennie started to make house techno records with Rhythm Section aka Ellis Dee, Richard Thake and Nick 'Newton' Scott. He then progressed to be one of the innovators for the nu skool breakbeat genre , and spearheaded an entire movement.

From his club night Hum with Meat Katie, to his fantastic work with the TCR label – Rennie Pilgrem has it all. He is back in Melbourne for an exclusive set at Brown Alley, be sure to come down and witness the style and class of a true innovator.

Also while Rennie is in town he will be launching his latest artist album “Skin” – (Rennie Pilgrems third artist album) To help him on his way we will also be selling copies of the album on the night and before the event.
